Refund Policy

At dailyessentialsx.com, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the condition it was received.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Delivery Fee: Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount for COD orders. For prepaid orders, only the product price will be refunded.
